1. Chamomile Tea

Did you know that Egyptians considered this plant sacred and believed it was a gift from the God of the Sun? Steep high quality chamomile tea for 5 min, max 15 min for stronger effect. Use preferably organic natural loose infusion.

2. Valerian

Valerian increases the brain’s levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a chemical which calms the body. It also helps the body to decrease feelings of stress and anxiety.  Valerian means literally ”to be healthy” in Latin and was used since second century for insomnia. Steep one teaspoon in a cup of hot water for 10 in. Drink minimum 30 min before bedtime.

3. Passion Flower
