What is the history of this Tea?
This is a thousand-year-old tradition in North Africa! Mint tea is a green tea rolled in a small ball (gunpowder) simply accompanied by mint, a lot of sugar and served very hot. Deeply thirst-quenching, it is very popular with the Tuaregs (blue men) who consume it all day. It is one of the most popular flavored teas in France. Many serve it at the end of a meal for its digestive benefits. To accompany our gunpowder, we have chosen the association of traditional Nana mint with peppermint, more present and spicy.
What are the benefits of mint tea?
Peppermint is an old medicinal plant species in the Eastern and Western traditions. Not surprisingly, the list of peppermint uses as a folk remedy and likewise as an alternative medical therapy, is long.
